Who is responsible
This website (moxord.com) is operated by Moxord (“we”), the controller of personal data processed through it. You can reach us at support@moxord.com.
What we process and why
moxord.com is an informational page. It has no accounts, forms or newsletter, and we do not ask you for personal data.
- Hosting and security logs. When you open the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, time of request, requested URL and browser details to deliver the page and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics (optional). If you accept analytics, Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate usage: page path, referrer, approximate country, browser, device type and the interactions listed in the Cookie policy. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Preferences in your browser. Your cookie choice and language choice are kept in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us.
- Messages to us. If you email support@moxord.com, we use what you send only to reply and handle your matter. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives data
Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and provides the analytics, acting as our processor. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as described in Vercel’s data processing terms.
If you follow a link to X, X Corp. processes your data under its own policy; we do not control that. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Hosting logs and analytics data are kept for the periods set by Vercel for the plan we use. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your matter and for any follow-up the law requires. Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- To use these rights, write to support@moxord.com.
- You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date above.
