By accessing or using moxord.com, you agree to these Terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Moxord
Moxord is a pre-launch project. This website is informational: it presents the product we are building and lets you follow its progress. The Moxord product, including Discord login and server setup, is not available yet.
Descriptions of planned features, roadmap stages and release dates are forward-looking statements. They are not a promise that a feature will be delivered, or delivered in the form or at the time described. We may change, postpone or cancel plans.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the site, its security or its availability;
- attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access;
- use automated tools to scrape or overload the site in a way that harms other visitors;
- use the site to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, logo and the Moxord name are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our materials or branding commercially without our prior written consent.
Third-party services
The site links to X (x.com) and refers to Discord. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability. Moxord is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.
Availability and changes
The site is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended or taken offline at any time, including for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes will be handled by the competent Polish courts, without limiting any mandatory right of consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
